Would anybody know if they have coffee makers in the rooms at Planet Hollywood ?

The last 2 times we stayed there - they did. I don't know if they have them in every room, or just some of them.

Do you recall which type of room you stayed in that had the coffee maker?

It was a "resort room". The coffee maker was nothing fancy - single serve - NOT Keurig!!
