I am making plans for a trip the first week of April. Last summer we stayed at Bally's and the construction noise was ridiculous - started at 3am until noon. How is the construction going? Harrah's, Flamingo and Bally's all have decent rates - wonder if it is because of the inconvenience of the construction. Would it be safer to stay at an MGM property? Thanks!
