Cosmo Question

I am staying in a Terrace Suite in a couple weeks.I know there is a kitchenette but I was wondering if there is a coffeeemaker.
I can't really tell from the pictures on the website.
If so,what type?
I think I just answered my own question.
I called and the answer is no.
Other people have suggested buying a cheapo coffeemaker at Walmart but since I don't rent a car it looks like I'll be taking the ride down the elevator for coffee.
The Cosmo has become my favorite place to stay. The rooms are so fabulous but they screwed up having a kitchenette and no coffee maker. Coffee place though is right near the elevators on the second floor.
Does Walgreens have cheap little coffee pots? There's that new one right on the corner by PHo. I don't think that Ross across from Monte Carlo does.

That Walgreens is huge. I'm pretty sure it is two floors and that I saw a kitchen electronics section when I was there in late December.
To piggyback with my own Cosmo question, if you don't mind....

On the rooms with balconies...how tall is the railing? I'd love to stay in one, but I have this fear of having too many drinks and toppling over the side. Is this possible or would you really have to make an effort to get over. I figure that there has to be a safety feature in place in some way.
I think there are photos on the website as well but, from memory, I want to say the rail came up to about my chest and I'm 5 feet 6 inches. But, to be frank, though I didn't think I was afraid of heights I find my knees get wobbly as I approach the railing so I don't hang out much on the terrace.

The bed, however, is next to the terrace and so you can even lay in bed and look out and see the Bellagio. If you are on a low enough floor you can even hear the Bellagio fountain music if the sliding door to the terrace is left open.
Thanks for the reply. Sounds as scary as I thought.
But really nice though. Do it, at least once. One afternoon slept with the terrace door open and had a gentle breeze come while I also heard the fountains. Nirvana.

1. Did you use the exercise room or spa? How would you compare it to Caesars.

2. How are they on comps. I was comped when they were new, and the experience wan't great.
