CP Forum Tower deluxe room vs PHo Hip strip view room

For the same price, just comparing the room ( I know about the casino, pool etc)
My priorities are Quiet, and a comfortable bed.
This is for one person staying Thurs. to Tues.

Which would you recommend ?

The one time I stayed at PHo, I had a resort room. It faced the pool looking north to the strip. It was quiet and not too far from the elevators. I arrived on Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend and left Wed. morning.
