Cromwell Giadas $100 food credit question?

Has anyone recently stayed at The Cromwell and used $100 food credit offer at Giadas restaurant? Had some friends who just go back from Vegas and stayed last week at The Cromwell. When they booked their room the package came with $100 food credit for Giada new restaurant. They never received a voucher at check in and forgot to mention at the desk because they arrived so late. Doe anyone know if you get a voucher or if it is taken care of while making a reservation or paying your bill. We are going in January with this couple and want to see if maybe they are still entiltled to the credit since they didn't use it last week..Any info is appreciated.

You can visit any Total Rewards booth and they will give you the $100 Diamond renewal certificate with the list of eligible restaurants, which include Giadas.

Will check that out next year we used ours in May out there.

I found out from my host you can charge Giada's to the room and use TR credits to pay for it.

We booked a reservation for lunch during out next trip, though the menu is more limited I'm really looking forward to it.
