Cruise Giveaway?

Hi guys - I am really struggling with my offers lately. I turned off my mailed offers in favor of the green option and it is killing me! I get random emails with offers but it is really not working for me. I just happened to check my offers page last week and found a cruise giveaway for Dec but did not get an email with the details about it. My question is not about the cruise part of the offer. We have redeemed these before so know about that part - my question has to do with a part about bringing a friend. My offers page rarely has much info on it so I cannot tell what all it entails. Did anyone else get this offer and can help?
I have been calling a phone # that was provided by the reservation agent when I booked but cannot seem to get a call back. I do not have a host but at this point I am thinking about calling and just begging to talk to one!
Also, last month I got an emailed save the date for NYE but could not open the attached file - anybody else have this problem?

yes I got the new years file and was unable to open it don't know what it consists of.

I also could not open the NYE attachment. I also received the cruise offer which showed up in my offers but nothing in the mail yet.

I finally emailed in addition to the phone messages and got a call back from Casino Marketing today and an email response too. I did not find out much about the cruise offer, except that it is occurring at Harrah's instead of the usual Paris Events Desk. They instructed me to call Harrah's Event Center for more info, but of course no one answered there either. I would love to know which ports/dates are included in my offer so I can start planning. This info is generally on the mailer so I am hoping that I get one eventually.
About the NYE offer, the email said that they were still finalizing the offers and the marketing guy said that mine was loaded and to keep checking my page. With only a couple of months to go, and NYE being mid work-week, I am pretty sure we will not use it but it would have been nice to at least see what it was.

I have called Harrah's reservation desk directly and gave them the offer number. They have told me what the offer covers. I hope that will help. I'll check and see what my offer says about friends.

It appears that your friend needs to give a different offer code number and will receive 3 nights free. I am not sure how the cruise part will be handled. Good Luck!

Thanks Sleepy - I forgot to come back and say that I did finally get an email response from a "total service specialist" who was able to clarify a few things, including that the marketing guy gave me the wrong info and the cruise giveaway is at Paris after all, but that the friends cruise giveaway is at Harrah's. One of the things I am still missing is the dates and ports ect of the cruises. Some sailings are very limited while some are good all year. It is frustrating to plan a Vegas trip around an offer that I am not even sure I will use. These are details that no one really seems to know or be able to send me a copy of. She also said that the Vegas market will not be sending out the mailers anymore so I hope they get it together on the emails.
