DIAD

I just did DIAD at Ak-chin on April 17th, actually over 4,200 tier credits.
We did spend more than we wanted, but I felt that the benefits would be pretty good since we have relatives and friends that we could treat to the Diamond lounge and whatever.
The Total Rewards person was so happy for me and she printed up the Diamond cards.
Okay, now I am still Platinum in the system. No Diamond Lounge privelege.
Email CET and still no response. Ak-chin says they can't do anything....
Who does fix this????? She said my home casino is Atlanta? What? I've never been there!!!!
Still waiting. A word of warning... I f you do DIAD don't expect it to happen within a week or more.

it might be Atlantic city since I got my card there years ago.

Just heard from Total Rewards at the Rio.
They upgraded the account.

I'm good to go!!! Yippee!!!!!

It took 4 days and 2 emails but it got done.

Reminds me of my Grandmother and her SS check. If it was not there on the due date each month, she would get on the phone to the SS office and call her Congressman. It showed up within a day or two and she was always convinced it was because she got on their ass!

I just smiled and went on my way.
