Diamond celebratory dinner in Vegas

I will be in Vegas at the end of March and I am basically a vegatarian who occasionally eats seafood. Where could we eat our Diamond meal that won't require us to dress up too much (jeans and polo or dressy top)? We need to eat the meal by the end of March.

If you like seafood, we have found that the Rio seafood buffet is outstanding. Thats where we plan to use our $100 tier exclusive this month. No experience with veggie meals.

Mine expired this March 31st.
We had more food comps than we knew what to do with.

So, I used it to buy gifts of chocolate etc. at Payard. Got quite a few items.

I wore jeans and a nice top at Ruth Chris. Most every restaurant offers seafood entrees and vegetarian options. Have you considered Bachanel (sp) buffet at Caesars?

Did you enjoy Ruth Chris? I have been thinking about trying it.

Yes, and we'll be going back next trip. We split an entree and couple of sides. Food was delish and service was top notch.

Perhaps the Sterling Brunch? Lobster, king crab, jumbo shrimp, crab claws, etc.

I used mine at Giadas at Cromwell.we wore nice jeans and collared polo.The Lemon spaghetti with shrimp was her signature dish and was great.try to get a table on the terrace for a great view.Also used it once at MESA grill in Caesars,heard the salmon was great.Enjoy
