Diamond Status and Total Rewards website

If this has been answered, I apologize. I looked and didn't see an answer. I made Diamond last week. According to the Total Rewards website, it says I am Diamond until January 31, 2017. Is that correct, so I would only be a Diamond for 3 months or am I a Diamond for all of 2017?

The web sites are often slow to catch up with things.

In general, the tier that one achieves by Dec. 31 (in your case, Diamond), lasts through March 31 of the year after the beginning of the tier year. So in your case, you should be Diamond through March 31, 2018. IF they haven't changed that tradition.

It is kind of confusing, but that's how it has been in the past.

Now, they expect you to keep playing regularly in order to receive the best perks, such as free room nights at your preferred CET hotel, offers for free tickets to the big headliner shows, etc. But you'll always have access to Diamond Lounges, Diamond Check-in, stuff like that.

Next time you go to a CET, go to Total Rewards and get your new Diamond Card. (Sometimes they send one in the mail, but that hasn't been consistent over the last few years.) It should have an expiration date of March 31, 2018. Unless something has changed

Yes, 1-31-18. I don't believe this will be reflected on the web page until after the new year -- can't remember if that's the actual new year or CET new year, though. Your diamond card also won't have that date yet, either.
