Recently (not at PH or Rio but...) I was being served drinks in a plastic cup at the tables. Someone told me I can ask/specify my drink order "in a glass, please". This seems to work. Try it.
Its even worse when you pay for them. Got a Bloody Mary with well vodka near the Flamingo sportsbook once. $10 they charged and it was served in a tiny plastic cup. WTF? IS this a bar or a Frat party?
