Your challenge - Spa Mandera at Paris and PHo are not owned by CET. They're owned by the same people who own bliss. You should be able to charge to your room at Paris and pay with points. Unless something has changed, you should be able to use the facilities at Bally's at no charge. FWIW, I wasn't wowed with the facilities at Paris. On the upside, Spa Mandera sometimes advertises on Travelzoo or Living Social.
