Once upon a time, I did reports on how to go to LV and survey sports futures in as efficient and elegant a way as possible. I explained what books were under what aegis, which were likely to have vanilla versus end-of-bell-curve numbers, and what sequence to visit them in so as to streamline parking and walking. Those interested in football futures betting generally do so in July and August. Therefore, pinning down if and when Mirage changed to Hard Rock has some utility for sports bettors shopping for futures. It was possible, given the Mirage's historical (if not current) handle, that a Hard Rock takeover could indeed begin with the sports book while the rest of the place caught up as it transitioned.
So I thought my post had some relevance.
Mr. Lewis, with his signature politeness, evidently disagreed. Fair enough, Mr. Lewis. You have the floor. Have a good one.
