El-D is mostly a casino operator outside Las Vegas. I dont think they are interested in redeveloping the Strip. Pretty sure they've already announced plans to sell some of those properties.
They were mostly interested in Ceaser's footprint around the rest of the country
They intend to sell one Strip property.
Right now, one can't make hotel reservations via Caesars Rewards, either on a computer or via the app. They may be working on integrating the two players card systems.
