Does anyone have an email list or know wherei can
Find emails for Total Rewards and Caesars corporate.
I need to let them know about my experience this weekend
At Horseshoe Tunica.

Thanks
Go to Caesars.com, that's their web site, you will find a contact methode there. Obviously something unpleasant occured during your visit. My wife and i are going to be there in a couple of weeks. Would you care to share a bit of what happened? If it is not too personal of course.
We had booked a 2 Ultimate Getaway packages through Total rewards. Suppose to be all set up including 200 dollar dining
Credit to Jack Binions Steak House, 4 Rounds of golf and 2 night hotel stay. Nothing was set up as it was suppose to be
Total rewards desk and management was no help at all the Host Desk tried there best to help us out but we spent over
Two hours of our weekend working with them to get it worked out. Obviously nothing was set up as it was suppose to be.
We booked this in Feb. and confirmed it all in March as we had guest coming in from San Antonio and Las Vegas and wanted
It to all go smoothly and it was about as far from that as possible. I want to commend the host and let the Total Rewards
People know what a horrible job was done on all levels by them. We did this same trip last year and had a problem at the
Steak house but this was just a total disaster and extremely frustrating for something that should have been no problem
If it had been correctly set up. The attitude of Total Rewards desk was sorry you are just out of luck nothing we can do. By
The way these packages are 24600 points each and I guess we must be the only one that ever uses them because no one
At Horseshoe seemed familiar at all with them.
Unfortunately the service at Horseshoe Tunica's players club went downhill once Jack Binion sold the property. I know the folks at the Total Rewards booth are not paid enough, but they really have slipped into the "I don't care" mode.

Wow. So sorry to hear that. Customer service has really gone down hill at the CET properties in Tunica that's for sure. I had an issue with a very shabby suite there a couple years ago and when i went to the front desk to complain and request another room the person on duty was very rude and brushed me off like i was trash. I haven't been back since.

Good luck with CET.

Write them an old fashion letter with copies of what was promised & not delivered.
Don't forget your TR card number.

An email will be answered by some flunky & will probably do nothing.

We had a similar experience. We were hard core Horseshoe fans for years, stayed and played a zillion times, always an excellent suite, buffet was the best anywhere, Steakhouse beyond excellent. I didn't even know they had regular rooms but that's what we got the last time. We didn't complain since we'd been away for about 8 months and went in on a coupon offer versus host invites/treatment we'd been used to. The Steakhouse was good but a touch off, we thought. Buffet was off too. Haven't been back since. Really hate that because it was our favorite for a long time.
Thanks for the info.
