Is the 20$ trick officially dead for Caesars property's ? The last time I tried it at Flamingo and the Paris it was a nogo with the checkin clerk giving me an { are you kidding look}.
Got upgraded to a Samba suite at the Rio last week. Also used the "trick" last May... Lady said they were full so could not upgrade but quickly changed her mind when she saw President Jackson
