Flamingo Go room vs Harrahs petite suite

Planning a late September trip, mid week, traveling alone.
Assuming the same price, my priorities/ concerns are:

1. Clean
2. comfortable bed
3. Noise: Thin walls, drunks in the hallways, street noise. I am very sensitive to all of these.

Which would you recommend ?

The Harrah's petite suite is nothing but a larger room (first one on the hallway, so it has extra space). It also has a couch and coffee table. That's about it. The bathroom is pretty regular, with a tub shower. Their larger suites are much nicer, and have a large tub and separate shower.

The GO room has things like a stereo system (I think,,,, it was a long time ago.), but it may have only a shower - no tub.

Both of them are just ok for us. If you have any status at all you might get upgraded to a regular suite at Harrah's. Avoid the Mardi Gras tower.

Both have nice beds.

We prefer the casino at Harrah's because it is not teeming with people everywhere and is not as LOUD as Flamingo. The room areas were pretty quiet on both, except for the occasional (but rare) drunk yelling and banging on doors in the hallway at 3 am.

Avoid Flamingo for now!!!!
Many problems going on for a while.Some may be due to the construction while others are just the place is run down.
Recently reported:Food Court shut down,Casino restrooms closed,sewer smell is awful in parts of the property,
last week they lost power in one of their towers.
If you are not a local and spending good money to travel to Las Vegas go somewhere else.Almost anywhere.
Except the Quad.
