Flamingo hotel deal dates incorrect

I just tried to book my March trip using the Flamingo "Friends and Family" deal on the LVA home page. The Flamingo refused to honor it, saying the deal is only through the end of 2011 (and not 3/31/12 as listed).

Matt, We are looking into why this happened. We should hopefully have an answer as to why this happened before the end of the week.

One more week, no word.....

Is this thing on?

I still have no answer to this. Vegas 412 - should I go ahead and book elsewhere?

Pick up the phone and call them. And if you don't get the answer you want, call again and speak to someone else. It is amazing how you can get better service from some reservation people than others.

mattbob, the promotions are run by the hotels, and we have still not gotten word to date from them. I apologize for not getting back sooner. There are other promos with the same dates/prices (i.e. Fan and Follower Rates). If this is still an issue. I would suggest trying different browsers at different times of the day. We just ran another test here and were able to successfully reserve the room on the dates you were looking for. If you continue to have issues, we suggest trying to contact Harrahs again, and maybe you will have better luck than we did.
