Flamingo, Rio or Bally's Steakhouse?

We have an offer in Jan or Feb for a 100.00 dining credit at any of the above steakhouses. I know the Flamingo Center Cut Steakhouse is new and Bally's Steakhouse and Voodoo Steak at the Rio have been around for awhile. Has anyone been to any of the above? Wondering which would be our best choice. We are staying at Bally's but will likely be at all 3 of the above properties at one point or another.
I have only been to Bally's and I can highly recommend it. The lobster bisque is delicious as is the wedge salad (the BEST bleu cheese dressing ever). We have had the filet, rib eye and prime rib. All were outstanding.

Since hubby is diamond, they also brought some complimentary champagne.

Bally's, have been there several times. Every time the food and service or exceptional.
We really enjoy the Voodoo and partially because of the view. Wife says the Classic Lobster Thermidor is some of the best she has had. My choice would be NOT Wagu but otherwise have always had an excellent meal.
We haven't eaten at Ballys Steakhouse but the Steakhouse Bar and it's menu of munchee are great.

We ate at Bally's Steakhouse early December and enjoyed it. Makes you think of "old Las Vegas". The lobster bisque is really really good. and the creamed spinach.

Our waiter that night has been there about 20 years and has seen it all. We've had Joseph several times over the years - ask for him and let him know he was recommended by the folks from NC (am sure he'll have no idea who that would be).

Thanks for the responses.
We received the same offer, we're staying @ Paris and will use our credit @ Ballys Steakhouse. We've been many times, service is always top notch and we've never had a bad meal there.
Ballys is very old school decor, love it.

After noticing I got the same nice assorted bread basket at The Rio, I asked and found out that most food supplies for these steakhouses come from a central warehouse located behind Ballys.
I agree with the other posts. We have eaten there a few times, great food, love the lobster bisque, and great service.

BALLY's...................The 20 oz bone in rib eye was great.
