Flamingo rooms

Any opinions about the Fab rooms or studios at Flamingo? I don't understand CET - we will be in LV June 11-14 and need two rooms. I'm a low roller but had the Sunday/Monday comped at Harrah's for one of the rooms. Suddenly no more comp days at Harrah's but now a couple at Flamingo. Rates seem a little high - is their semi-annual sale pretty good or will it go lower? Thanks
I just returned from a 5 night stay at the Flamingo last week(which was my 4th stay at this property). We had a Fab room (2 queens) on the 17th floor with a Strip view over looking Caesars Palace. The room was not particularly large, but had an easy chair, desk with chair, a large dresser, flat screen TV, in room safe, comfortable beds and a bathroom with single sink and tub. I have stayed at 10 Strip properties over the years and I would rate our room as average. The Flamingo king Fab room that I had for 9 nights back in September was larger and had a full sized couch with a view of the pool. The Habitat elevators are a little slow, but that was certainly a minor concern. Overall, given the room quality, central location on the Strip, pool and gaming options; I would not hesitate staying at the Flamingo again. I can't comment if the rates will be lower; I do know that they are getting stingy with the comped rooms.
If you make your reservations directly with CET, they have a low price guarantee. So if you find a lower rate, they will match it.

I frequently stay at the Flamingo. Low roller with low frills needs for rooms.

Never stayed in the studio rooms.

The Fab rooms- I like the laminate flooring. Beds are comfy, decent TV, tiny bathrooms. Shower heads aren't the best.

Go Rooms- love em. Fridges, bigger bathrooms with in mirror TVs, etc etc.

The Flamingo elevators are a bit sketchy but I managed just fine last trip.
