Funny Emailed Suvey

Received a survey by email today from Harrahs asking me how my host was doing. Well funny thing is a host has never contacted me. The survey even gave me the name of this person who is suppose to be my host. Guess someone is not going to like answers I gave. I have been diamond for 3 years now. Hubby just made diamond for the first time a couple of weeks ago received a call from a host several months ago. Just cant figure Harrah's out. Anyone else have any insight on this?

I got the same survey but the funny thing is that this was for a host that was assigned to me from PH. She was pretty unresponsive and gave me some bad info in one case. About two months ago, she was replaced from a really great host from Caesars.

I guess that it takes Harrahs a little while to get around to these things and their info just isn't timely.
