Most of us have filled out those post visit surveys from a CET property. This is the first time I've ever received a reply.

We had received bad service at "Ritas restaurant(see my trip report 4/4 second post dated 4/6) so I wrote just what I have in my trip report description of the incident. Today I received a formal apology and a $50 "service credit" to use for food, spa, or retail. It's good for 90 days. So I see another trip to Rincon within the next 2 months. I would have been happy if the manager that day had offered to comp our non alcoholic iced teas and acknowledged their mistake.
