I plan to hit it soon, but not as many points as years past.
Still going thru the catalog & hope to have Gifts decided before I get there......

We are on our way over there tomorrow and are just shy of enough points for a $100. Lowes card. Does anyone know if you add points throughout the week-end until you go shopping?

Yes, your play counts right up until you redeem. They want you to play more to get the points, its part of the promotion - good idea for them.

When do they have to be redeemed? You don't have to go to Vegas to redeem them do you?

Yes - you have to redeem in Vegas and then its over two promotions periods:

Nov 8-12 at Flamingo

Nov 29-Dec 3 at Caesars

We went to the GGWU at the Flamingo, this morning, November 8, the first day.

No Diamond line to check out. Only a Seven Stars line, then another "everybody else" line.

LONG LINES. COMPUTERS DOWN. We got there early so our wait was only 1 hour. That would be 5 minutes to grab our gift card choices ($100 Lowes, $80 Home Depot). And 45 minutes to wait in line --- with the computers down about half of that waiting-in-line time. As we left, the line to check out was 3x longer than when we got in.

I strongly suggest waiting until they have their act together. They probably won't run out of Home Depot gift cards.

Are they offering Reel Rewards (freeplay) this year for points? If so, does anyone know how many points for $50 in reel rewards?

I went day 2, Friday morning & it went FINE. No line at all at check out. Seemed to go very smoothly.

Yes, you can exchange points for Freeplay. I believe it was 15,000 pts = $50 FP

I could have gotten $200 in FP, but the Gift value was alittle more, so went with Gift instead.

Gift Cards 3,500 pts = $10 gift card

Or, 35,000 pts = $100 Gift card
etc.
