Wednesday in Laughlin, kiosk at total rewards was closed and one had to swipe in person.

Hammond DOES have Kiosks, Joliet does not.

Thanks for the addtions.......I've updated, and will update further as more answers come in. Right now, it looks like Council Bluffs and La Downs are the only unanswered districts at the moment.

Does one swipe before earning the points or after--or does it matter?

Just went to Planet Ho (where the valet scam was in full effect!) - check in only, no kiosks.

What about St Louis, anyone know?

St Louis has a Kiosks near the TR booth - no one watching. You only earn one point at this location though.

Any updates on Vegas? You would think that this location would have the most players, but we seem to be getting mixed responses on it.
