My reward credits posted, but alot lower than I earned! Got only $260 and $360 for our two accounts (should have been $750 each)!

Mine is also a lot lower, $120 and should have been $750. Seems like they are crediting amounts that aren't even what you could have earned.

Credits for me and my wife posted today but less than earned as well. Me $500 her $250 but we both got $109??? for some reason

Mine was credited $60.73
Paul was credited $32.69.
Both should have been $100

I was credited with about 1/2 of the the $750. What a disappointement! And, by the comments here, it seems to be a pretty widespread problem. I will give them a little while to correct it and then contact total rewards.

I checked and recieved the full 500pts that I earned, worked OK.

Ours are also about half of what they should be. We should have $750.

We both got 10,000/$100 and should have been 50,000/$500. Since many of us are getting lower amounts I wonder if adding the credits is a work in progress. I'll see what tomorrow brings before I contact Total Rewards.

I wonder if I will have to go through my travel calendar and give them dates we were at each casino?
