i think you got paid extra because you did 16 and not 15.

you werent supposed to get extra, but i think thats the glitch.
I sent this message to Caesar's Corporate. I see that the response came from Cleveland. They must refer it to your nearest casino maybe.

Hello Judith,

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be of service to you.

I spoke with our corporate promotions group and the Reward Credits are still posting. They loaded the file on Wednesday but it can take up to 72 hours for it to load completely. The Reward Credits were divided up by different properties so you will be seeing partial loads as the file downloads completely. They are confident that the download will be completely downloaded by today. We appreciate you patience as we get these added to you account. I do show you are to receive 75,000 Reward Credits.

We know you have a choice for your gaming entertainment and look forward to welcoming you to Horseshoe Cleveland soon!

Respectfully,

Carey Bradley

I am trying to be patient. I know that our points for the Race are coming in parcels. My husband has received all of his and I am still over $300 short. I hope there is not a problem and that its still coming in.

We are both short about $30 in points. Weird amount??

Please re read my post(s). I only received $47 not $797

Thanks Judy if I don't get all my credits by Monday I will contact them. CET and I have a love hate relationship.

Ours went up slowly starting on 11/14. We both earned 50,000 credits. It started out around 22k on 11/14 and finally reached about 42K today. Hopefully we will eventually reach the 50K we earned. A previous post discussed postings based upon various properties but I do not see how that is possible because payments are made based upon credits earned via properties visited. The total number of credits earned is based upon visits made so once you reach a certain number you get a new total of credits. You either earn 10K, 25K, 50K, or 75K. There is no middle ground based upon what properties are visited. Us being credited 42K is not possible as we either earned 25K or 50K. There is no in between.

I think what they did is first determine the TOTAL amount you should get and then each property "pays" you their share of that TOTAL based upon your play there (that is why the husband and wife amounts are differing).

For example, if you earned $500 and 10% of your play was at casino A, that casino pays you $50, etc, etc.

Just my guess, for the little it is worth.

Ours were posting strange amounts also. My account had 714.62 on Friday but now has only 630.32. That worries me a little that they have taken away credits. I should have 750.00. My husbands account posted around 10.00 over the amount of 750.00 as of Friday afternoon online but when we got to Joliet Harrahs on the slot machine it showed a much lower amount. I hope they get it all worked out soon.
Finally, mine are all here! I was surprised as I thought they might not show up on the weekend. Thank you Caesar's! It was a lot of fun except for this waiting. I'm sure this is a very large process. I think it's a great promotion especially for us geezers! We had a great time and added a new property and also met a couple more LVA'ers.
My credits also went down this weekend . LOL I will give them another day and then start the e mails. Yes it was a fun promo made the drive to FL bearable as I just spread out the days over all the casinos.
I checked my account and my final $40 was just posted for a total of $750. I thought it was a great promotion. I scheduled a business trip and had a chance to visit some of our distributors while visting some Harrah$$ properties that I would not probably gone to. I think that Joliet was probably the most friendly property and I did not care for Windsor at all. THe VP selection was not good, food and drinks were pretty expensive and that 4% currency conversion stung.

I wish that the credit posting process would have been explained a little better. Last year, my credits were posted in one lump sum, about 10 days early. And, I guess I'm getting to that age when I get grumpy if something doesn't happen at exactly the time it says its going to happen.

I know that there are people on this board that don't like Harrahs and see the decline in the DL's. I know that I am not playing the best VP schedules available in town. But, the service overall is very, very good. For me, there is nothing like going to the Diamond check in at Casaers, and finding myself in an Augustus Tower room, overlooking the Bellagio fountains, big Spa Tub......Makes a pretty small town guy feel like a BIg Dog for a few days. If that costs me a few extra bucks in bad pay tables, well, for me, it's worth it.

I'm headed to the Great GIft Wrap up and will pick up a few gifts for the family. Hopefully, there will be a similar promotion next summer!
