I agree, but since their computers can track your play nation wide, simultaneous play on your card at 2 different casinos at opposite ends of the country could and probably would be deemed "suspicous".
They must include disclaimers and rules such as this for their own protection and to serve as a warning of sorts, but in reality it would be pretty hard to enforce. Let's say you legitimately went to 6 different casinos and played, but forgot your card in a machine by mistake. Someone else sits down and earns 1 point before realizing it. Would that mean that you're disqualified for the entire 60,000 points? What if you and your wife were both playing on one of your cards? I could see a lot squabbles and ill will arising after the promotion ends and people don't receive the points they thought they were going to get.
I posted on another thread that I think this promotion could end up costing CET millions, and I still think it will. Imagine if just 1 million TR members got the minimum 15,000 points. That would cost Caesars $150 million.
