harrahs casino sales

I have been informed by a couple of my staff who are diamond players that harrahs has sold their st louis casino and others are in the hopper? Any comments on what is going on, will your tier points be lost ? Who is buying the casinos and any thoughts on what is going to be sold in vegas ? thanks for your comments:

They sold Harrahs St. Louis to Penn National I believe. Local news reports indicate it will be re-branded as a Hollywood property with the official transfer late in the year.
