Harrahs Council Bluffs Diamond Lounge

With the flooding, I was suprised to board the Casino at the lowest deck. They have moved the Diamond Lounge to the 3rd deck and it is open to anyone who earns 100 points, regardless of tier level. Diamond Lounge at Horseshoe is still only for Diamond and above.

SandyPaws...can you give me an overview of Council Bluffs casino? I have an offer from Harrahs for a comp trip to this casino and know nothing about it.

Do you have somewhat of an idea just how long it would take to earn 100 points playing quarter VP there ?

On VP would be 1 RC for every $10 played throu and slots are 1 RC for every $5.
