Has your room comps on Platinum tier gone down?

Did u have to pay a resort fee (there is a rumor on another thread about no more waived resort fees for platinum)? If not, then did you still get the resort fee benefits??

Champster, we did not have to pay the resort fee. I don't know if we had any of the benefits if the fee since we only spent one night in the room. Hubby surprised me with a Bellagio lakeside suite for my bday so we moved on Sat.

I have been platinum for years. We just booked 6 nights at Rio starting on Saturday 8/17. All comped except for $36 on the last night. Resort fee waived. I generally don't pay much attention to the room rates on the mailings. The on line booking usually gives a better price.

Your offers have nothing to do with being Platinum. They are based on your action (your daily average) and your theoretical loss (what the casino expects to make off of you based on your wagers and length of time played). There are gold card holders that get better offers than diamond and 7 stars because of their daily average is higher and they are playing games with higher holds.
