Having problem with new sign up being able to play the game

I signed my mom up so she could play the game on line
It let her sign up just fine
It will not go past the page where you click on play game to the page where you actually play it.
Anyone else experience this?
Any solutions?
I've tried two computers on 3 different days nothing.

When you click on the link to play the game, do you see any font in another color saying something else needs to be done?

Did you use the same e-mail address as another account?

I just logged in. There are 2 links that say "Play the Game." The second one goes to the page that one plays the game on.

e-mail address, check it, I had to change my wifes!!!

e-mail address was the answer.
I used mine for my mom.
