Caesar's Windsor, my home casino, has been using Total Touch for awhile now. It is a touch screen on the slot that can display your TR points and tier score. It also let's you download free slot play using a PIN or participate in other promotions. The most use I get out of it is ordering drinks. At Caesar's Windsor only coffee., tea and soft drinks are free. The screen allows you to choose what you want (e.g. coffee w/with cream ) and it's brought to you.
CET' properties in Tunica have Total Touch as well. Since beer and cocktails are free there I used it often. It was kind of fun to look over the drink categories on the screen like "beach drinks" and see what they had. Tried a few I normally wouldn't order. Total Touch also saves drinks you ordered more than once in "My Drinks". That made it easier to order something I drink often like a gin & tonic or a Corona.
Much quicker than waiting for a server to come by to take orders.
