Horseshoe Baltimore

Has anyone noticed a significant decrease in free play at Horseshoe Baltimore or any other Caesars owned properties? I am Seven Star and was receiving $150-$200 a week in free play since they opened in late August... I have not varied my play much.... In fact in very late January I earned over 5,000 tier credits in one day which at minimum would be $25,000 coin in... I earned the 10,000 tier credit bonus.... Normally I might say that this play would count towards Februaryoffers but the day I earned these tier credits in late january I received my February offers in the mail... Anyhow as I didnt receive my normal offers in the mail I contacted my "host" who emailed me my offers through April.... I have ZERO free play in all of March! I have some crappy offeres for giveaways... And my free play does not begin again until April when it has been reduced to $60! Is it the host who sends you offers or is it the casino manager? I have never gotten the impression my host at Horseshoe Baltimore has ever looked out for my best interest... Anyhow as a Seven Stars player I cant believe I am receiving these horrible and non existant offers! I am seriously considering pullng my business from this place... Between the lack of customer service, tight machines... I just dont think it is worth gambling there anymore!
Wow. . .

At my local McHarrahs, Ak-Chin, it usually takes 2 months or so for offers to reflect play. I expect my April offers to tank because of not playing on days I banked my FSP and downloaded reward credits, or used points to pay for lunch. Even with minimal play during January, my March offers are the same as the past couple of months.
Offers come from all directions, and are different from each other. But they do come and go associated with recent play.

In 2014 I acquired enough points (25,000) for Diamond by July and August.
After that I played more at MGM properties since their "year" ends on Sept. 31st and I wanted to maintain Platinum with them, which I did.
Between Oct. 1 and December 31, I didn't play much anywhere except Beau Rivage(free flights etc.) and a week at Bellagio in December.
I did drop into Caesars that week and only played an hour or so on penny Quick Hits.

Wow, did my Harrah's offers plunge. Free play went from $450 to $35, and for a time Caesars was no longer on the list of options for free nights!

Now my Harrah's offers are coming back up since I have given a good day's play at Caesars. It is crazy, though. I get several Harrah's offers a day on e-mail. Some are pathetic, some much better.
