Horseshoe Bossier City Wi-Fi Cost

I was under the assumption that the Wi-Fi is free to Diamond members, is this true? I have never seen a charge amount for this in the room.

It was free as part of the resort fee that was free for Diamond. I believe the resort fee there is $16.

Yes, they just started charging resort fees (even on comp rooms). You'll see it online when you make your reservation.

I just stayed there a few weeks ago for one comp night. I did complain about the resort fee when I checked in and the desk agent apologized but didn't say anything about taking the fee off. However, when I checked out the next morning there wasn't anything on my bill - and it didn't show up on my credit card later (no rewards used either). I don't know who or how it was taken off my bill - but it definitely was. Good luck.

Thanks Linda. I hate to hear that. Unless their competition is doing the same thing, that really surprises me. I guess it's the new pool?? Consumers do not like resort fees. Thanks for complaining - I'll do the same.
