Hotel 3535

Did anybody else get this survey request from Harrah's? I got it and they said it took about 10 minutes. Well, after my wife and I got done laughing and rolling our eyes at the asinine questions, it took about 20 minutes.

Basically, it's a bunch of questions about the possibility of putting their new megaresort on the Strip. Questions like: Would these amenities appeal to you?

"Participate in a hotel scavenger hunt?"
"Have phones that connect slot machines so you can talk to someone at another machine?"
"Go to restaurants that are only on the property for a limited time?"

I told them my wife and I would never step foot in the place. It was all about the young, cool, pretty people. Almost no mention of gambling.

I think they also sent out a survey proposing the name "The Quad" which sounds like a college campus. It even has beer pong tables - those kids have to go somewhere, right?

I got the survey, too. Funny stuff. More about the social aspect, not gambing. Buut I guess they know where they make most of their money.
