How do I get an itemization of charges to my TR credits from recent Rio stay?

Stayed at Rio, and charged meals to our room. At checkout my husband said there was a 1 dollar tip charged at the Shudders bar he had to pay as couldn't be paid with TR credits. Neither one of us went to the Shudders Bar or any other bar at the Rio. Didn't play any VP at any of the bars, so it wasn't us. Hubby didn't think to ask if there were any other charges to our room from the Shudders Bar, just had them use his TR credits to pay whatever else was charged to our room.

I asked for an itemization and was sent an email of the folio with no charges on it, so that wasn't helpful.

Any suggestions, it seems like there might be an overcharge of $80 to hubby's TR credits. I know how many he had before we left for LV, and know what we charged to the room and at the Sports Deli.

We had to look up where the Shudders Bar is located on a property map when we got home.

We don't have a host.

A call to their accounting department explaining your concerns should be helpful. Good luck. I like to check my charges daily by using the menu on their TVs in the room - just to keep tabs on me and them on charges. I wish there was a way to itemize credits earned/spent. I always wonder how much credit I get especially on table games for each segment, etc.

You might call and ask to speak with a supervisor at Rio's total rewards desk. They should be able to confirm where your points were spent. If you have a host at your local Harrahs, ask them to help you.

The $1 tip does not seem to line up with an $80 overcharge, so you may be looking at more than one item.
