How much of a mess is the construction at the front of Bally's?

Can anyone tell me how bad the construction is in front of Bally's. We are booked to stay there at the end of April and I am wondering if we should look at other options. Is there an issue with noise? If anyone can give me a heads up it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
try for a jubilee room on the south side. You should not notice any noise, as we did not on our stay in early Feb.
The biggest inconvenience is the closure of the bridge crossing Flamingo Road. For pedestrians traveling north and south on the East side of Las Vegas Blvd. this means crossing over to Caesars and Bellagio and back. Three bridges instead of one to get back on track.

Damn I'm staying Ballys from Thursday to Monday and have tickets for the hoops party at Flamingo from Thurs-Sunday. You can't cross the street down by the Ballys - Flamingo street exit ( i.e. where you pull out of Ballys after the valet brings your car) which puts you almost where the Gold Coast shuttle used to pick folks up behind/besides the back door of the old the Barbary Coast?

You should be able to cross the street at the light near Battistas.
What ?? The pedestrian bridge is closed???? That makes no sense at all. Are we positive about this?
It was closed this week when I was there. The whole area is considered a construction site.
So, if you go out the side exit to Balys and cross over to the street where the Cromwell is, can you walk around on the east side of the street up towards flamingo?
We were in LV from 3/11 until 3/18. The pedestrian bridge from Bally's to Flamingo was closed, as previously mentioned. That gives two options: over the bridge to Bellagio, then to Caesar's, then down the escalator and around to the bridge between Caesar's and flamingo. the second alternative which we found to be less stressful in terms of crowded walkways, was to use Audrie St (aka LINQ Drive). We exited Bally's sportsbook, crossed Flamingo at the ligt, and walked down the sidewalk to the next corner, which leads to the main entrance/pool area of the Flamingo.. It is now the only car access to Flamingo as well.

Both were about the same distance.

No, you cannot walk by the Cromwell (Bill's). The entire sidewalk is blocked off. So it is either the Bellagio bridge or Audrie.

And let me add that the Bellagio/Caesar's bridge was like a flea market. Throw in all the peole just trying to get around, it was really tight on the end by Caesar's. three way traffic!
