How much of a mess is the construction at the front of Bally's?

The pedestrian Bridge is back open over Flamingo on Cromwell side, no problems during my stay last week. Construction is unsightly and noisy, but no noise in the room, so not a big deal. THe walk into Ballys is basically the same as it was before, just no moving sidewalks. Easiest way is walking on the south side sidewalk into the casino. You can also walk on the North side, but it seems like a longer walk, and the sidewalk gets a little narrow with traffic zooming by.
Was in Vegas last week and all the pedestrian bridges are open. I had a room in the jubilee tower facing the constructions. NO problem with noise ( I was on the 66 floor.) But they do start work around 5 in the morning. It is good to cross from Bally's to the back of Cromwell and walk through Cromwell... A little side advantage. Walk through the drive area to the self-park for Cromwell and it is a VERY short cut to the back of Flamingo.
