None of our points are posted. (MY family's numbers)

There is no unique phone number to get a answer on what happened to the points.

I called the Showboat AC Total rewards.

When I told them I was going to post their response to me, they got defensive and could not answer anything They said make sure I quote them correctly.

I asked them if anyone had received their destination points. Their answer was I can only check individua1 reward numbers.

I gave them 5 numbers.

When I again asked them when these points would be posted, I got a vague 7-10 day response.

The woman was evasive, and told me "I can't see if anyone's points have been posted without a rewards number.

Wouldn't you think that TR would know what is going on with the whole program. I asked her are you saying that every single person must call in?

No answer to that question

Relax. I'd at least give them the entire day to post the points before blasting some unsuspecting player's club representative, and not inquire until Nov 1 if the points don't show up.

The rules said they'd post by October 31....I suspect the marketing person that wrote the rules probably meant by the end of the month, including Oct 31.

I don't know IF the points will be posted as promised, just that I'd give them until Nov 1 before accusing them of anything.

My wife and I visited 6 regions, so hopefully they will post. However, it's Harrah's we're talking about, so I take their promotions with a grain of salt. Worst comes to worst, we got some good road trips that we've been meaning to take for a while, and hopefully, we'll get our 60,000 points each to cover rooms and some good meals.
