Jubilee Rooms Ballys

I have a reservation for a Jubilee room at Ballys. Here is what the website says

Named after Las Vegas' longest-running showgirl revue, the revamped Bally's Jubilee Tower offers its own sense of style and spunk. Measuring more than 450 square feet, these Las Vegas hotel rooms feature enviable views of the Strip,

Are these the entire old South tower? If so, how could they all have enviable views of the strip?

Anyone stayed here, know about them, know what to ask for at check-in? I will be with a Vegas newbie and it would be great to truly have a nice strip view. Obviously I can ask for the view but if I can be more specific (floors, facing…) it might be helpful.

Thank you!
Stayed there about two months ago and was pleasantly suprised. No tub but everything else was very nice. I can't remember what room I had (maybe 25th floor) but had an impressive view. Ptodd strted a thread on this about a month ago in the Harrahs, Caesars Forum and there was some good feedback.

I would stay there again and the elevators are near most of the Video Poker.

I looked on TR reservations for 5 nights, starting May 26.
The Jubillee Luxury room is priced at $800.
CP Augustus Tower deluxe room is $868.

IMHO Ballys is overpricing the Jubille room. For an extra $13.50 per night which would you take?
@Prof: I guess it all depends on which casino area you like better. No doubt Augustus tower rooms are awesome and a step above the Jubilee Tower. But the jubilee Tower is very nice.

We don't like the casino at Caesar's. At Bally's, we can easily go from there to Paris. And it is just a short walk from Paris to PH. That trumps Caesar's for us.

We were on the Paris side of the south tower (Jubilee Tower) and had a view from the Bellagio fountains all the way to Mandalay Bay. It was fabulous. We were on the top floor but I can't remember the room #. We also like the location and the casino better at Bally's than Caesars.
Just got back from a three day stay in the Jubilee tower. The are all in the old south tower as the north tower is now called the Indigo tower. The new rooms are very nice and they have coffee makers in them which is a plus for me. We had a view of the construction site n front of Ballys as they were ripping out the old front entrance. We could also see the construction of the old Bills hotel/casino, part of Ceasers Palace the Mirage and the Flamngo. Once the get all the construction done the view will improve.
