Jubilee Tower Room at Ballys

Has anyone stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms (old South Tower) at Bally's yet. Not sure if they are open yet actually. They are showing them on the website now though. We are headed to Vegas in 2 weeks and usually get a room on a Diamond Floor in the North Tower. Wondering if the newly remodeled rooms would be a better choice.
I am curious too. I have a choice between the North tower Luxury vs Jubilee Luxury. North tower is 530 vs jubilee 430, but which is nicer?
Thanks
I'm interested in hearing from anyone that has stayed in these rooms, too. I have one booked for NYE and NYD -- never stayed at Bally's before!
Go check out trip advisor for the latest reviews of new Juliblee rooms. Sounds good.

A friend just stayed in a new Paris South Tower room and said it was excellent, better than the North Tower she usually made a point to stay in. She knew what the old South Tower rooms were like in contrast.
hi there. We booked a South Tower Grand Suite for Thanksgiving back in February of this year. We leave early Thanksgiving morning. I am sooo curious what will happen at check-in. I have not received any information regarding my reservation and the fact it is now the "Jubilee" Tower.

Stay tuned! I'll post an update - Maybe they will honor my original reservation and put us in the Jubilee Tower, Grand Suite equivolent. I will say that whatever room they put us in, it had better have the huge soaking tub Grand Suites used to have.!

Happy Sunday everyone.

I had a jubilee room last weekend and was very pleasantly surprised. They do look just like the pix on the website, they had a safe in the nightstand between the 2 beds (and they were modern, not like those sad ones in the north tower!) the beds were pretty comfy too. My room faced the construction of Bills but had a nice view of Caesars. Just an FYI, my sister had a reservation for the same weekend but wasn't booked in the jubilee tower. When she arrived she asked for a jubilee room since i had one. They told her it would be a $50 upgrade but said she'd go ask her supervisor if she could do it @ no charge. Supervisor said no so lady came back and told her she'd do the upgrade for $30, sister took it. Definitely worth it.
We stayed in a renovated king no smoking room in early November. The rooms look very nice.

With a king bed, the room is really spaacious. It had a traditional closet, low dresser with a space for a 24 in. suitcase, a fridge, and a desk. There is a really cool futuristic wall sconce by the desk area.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with glass door, a fairly large vanity with squared-off faucets, and toilet. The vanity has only one cubby--no drawers. I think that is a trmendous waste of space. There is also a wall handing towel holder.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable.

They did a nice job on the reno.

Oops...edited to say "Bally's"...not Paris. Sorry.
We had a great trip over thanksgiving. The gal honored our South Tower grand suite and put us in Jubilee Suite #6711. Same layout as the Grand Suite. The upgrades are quite nice. They installed a walk in shower with bench that has doors on both sides. This would be where the old grand suite shower stall was - they eliminated that walk thru area and created a HUGE shower. Where the bidet used to be, it is now a vanity for make up etc. There are still two sinks on either side of the tub. I took lots of photos, but left my camera at work, so i'll try to post some to tripadvisor tomorrow.

Our nephew and nephette were upgraded to the Jubilee tower and had a regular room. We saw it but I forgot to take photos. the only thing they missed was a tub. The jubilee regular rooms have a big shower with a glass door, but they took the tub element out.

Both rooms had a coffee maker provided. It was one of those weird makers that have coffee "cartridges" instead of a filter. Kids used it and said it made good coffee. We used our personal coffee maker so we have no input.

The king bed in our suite was very comfy. The tub is now a jacuzzi tub and big enough for two adults. Beware of how much bubble bath you use. I didn't factor in the jacuzzi part and used 1/2 a bottle. We had bubbles galore - we couldn't see each other at opposite ends of the tub! It was FANTASTIC!!!!

Only thing lacking were hooks in the bath/shower area. We had to hang our toiletry bag in the closet. Our robes too.

As always, staff was fabulous.

I'll post again when my tripadvisor review and photos are published.
