July17-19 $150,000 "Full House" VP tournament at Rio how does a "Full House" tournament work?

Keep getting emails for this tournament and just noticed the words "Full House." While I know what a full house means in VP, I'm not sure the significance for a VP tournament. Is the goal to get the most full houses and not go for a royal flush?

I would guess not.
Maybe they up the points for a Full House.
Or they hope to get a "full house" of players.

Exactly right. I have this offer, too. It's just the name of the Event, nothing more.

Oh well, thought maybe there would be a chance against all you Perfect play VP players if we were playing for full houses instead of royals.
