Ling project..nice photos....and 1 heckuva wheel!

I couldnt help but try to find out where, and when, the "LING" construction project is taking place since I'm heading there in August. We're staying at P.H. and my girls brother (and his girl) are staying at Harrahs. I've been getting the impression that a lot of activity is going to begin next month so I thought that I'd take a look at what they are proposing for this LING project.

When I heard "big Ferris wheel" I pictured the 1 in Niagara Falls Canada that is visible from the USA! Boy was I wrong. The "Ling wheel" actually is a dozen or so little rooms incased in glass (instead of your standard ferris wheel seats) that can hold up to 40 people each. I imagine that these rooms are to offer a 360 degree "breathtaking" view of Vegas! They even say your can hold a party in these rooms!!

Definitly different!!!

They imploded the OSheas pkg structure early Sun morning.
I heard nothing on the news until After it happened.
2:30am, all was quiet over at Bellagio, I didn't hear a thing, but it DID come down.
Drove past next day, & can see some daylight.
But, They got a long way to go to Ferris wheel. lol
