Linq Rooms vs Flamingo

I have stayed at the Flamingo. I have a choice for comp rooms in their Fab Room or I can stay at the Linq in their Deluxe King. I remember staying at the Linq when it was the Imperial Palace. Have they remodeled the rooms and should I give them a shot?
