Linq vs Flamingo vs Bally's

Members have been very helpful with my questions previously, so here goes. I am traveling to LV in July, and have comped rooms at all of the "lower end" properties (i.e., Harrah's, Linq, Bally's, Flamingo). I enjoyed my last stay at the Flamingo in one of their "Mini suites" facing the pool. Large room, but a little dated. I am wondering if that's my best option, or if the "re-modeled Linq" rooms may be better. I have historically had good luck at Bally's (a few years back), and will stay away from Harrah's (horrible AC in the summer). Any help is appreciated! Thanks!!
I love Bally's pool, but it is a long walk, especially if you are in the Jubilee Tower. I hate walking through the entire casino in pool attire. The pool is never over crowded, unlike the Flamingo.

I don't mind staying at the Flamingo, but the pool, while nice, has a young, loud crowd.

The rooms at the Linq look very nice since the remodel but are on the small side.

I would stay at Bally's first, then Flamingo.

The remodeled linq rooms are nice but yes small. The pocket door on the bathroom helps make them seem larger. I have no idea about the pool at Linq.
I do not like the remodeled Flamingo rooms and yes the pool there draws a young/loud crowd.
Have stayed at Harrahs twice and that I should have known better after the first stay.
I really like the Jubilee tower at Ballys. See if you can get a high floor facing Cromwell as the noise from Paris' nightclub can be bad. Yes it is a hike to get to the pool but I find the pool at Ballys relaxing and never crowded.
As an additional comment, have you considered the Rio? Rooms are nice. Not sure what they will do about pools this year. The nicest pool ended up becoming the hooker pool but that was a couple of years ago. Disadvantage is using shuttle to get back and forth to strip. Advantage is you next to Gold Coast and Palms.

With Linq, please be aware that their parking lot/garage (at least the lower level of it) is part of the Flamingo Wash and it has had flooding issues when it rains. There is video about this on Youtube as well as some mention of this in the LVA QOD (most recently on October 17, 2015 with attached video of a lot of flowing water).

To see this LVA QOD and the video as well as other LVA QODs related to the Flamingo Wash as well as Linq/Imperial Palace, go to the QOD archives and type in in the Search Function "Flamingo Wash."

I think Bally's offers the nicest rooms of the lower end CET properties. Just stayed at the LINQ for the first time and found my room to be comfortable and modern. I would stay there again, but the view was of Harrahs hotel rooms. My friends had a small suite across the hall and they looked out on Flamingo hotel rooms. Bally's has larger rooms and better views. Be sure to consider the location you want when making your choice.
