Mandarin Oriental, I need your help.

twagner, thanks for the review!
Excellent info indeed! Thanks TW. The kitchnete is a big incentive, as multiply morning coffee(s) and my extra meals always add $$ to our final bill.
For my money (of course it was comped) you can't beat the wrap around suites at Cosmopolitan. For photos check out my trip report of February 10, 2011 (Cosmopolitan Stay - 2/8 - 2/10/11). Besides an incredible room, you get a balcony that you can actually walk out on and sit. Since the wrap around suites sit on a corner, your balcony wraps around the building and you have a view on two sides. The casino and restaurants aren't bad either! I believe that these rooms were originally meant to be condos so the in-room amenities include a full kitchen and a washer/dryer.

You're welcome! I realized I probably could have added that, along with no gaming, the nightlife there isn't exactly rockin'!!! No live entertainment, etc.

The lobby bar is small, and laid back. No vast selection of dining options either. But again, if a very nice place less the commotion of hundreds of people passing by is appealing, this might work for you. I would venture to guess that for many, the lack of "action" here will send them elsewhere!
