My Offers

Anyone else getting the new format when they check their offers online? The newest offers for my local property are listed first. I'm really not sure how I feel about the change.

Wow maybe your a test case mine is the old standby. I have been able to sort and filter for quite some time but new offers aren't highlighted not is my home casino first.
I am also getting the new format for offers. It was the new format on Tues, 10/18, the older format on Weds 10/19, and the new format again on Thur 10/20.

Personally, I hate the new format and have used their feedback link twice to express that. My problem is that I cannot access the details of the offers. I can see the title of the offer but if I click the box for details nothing happens. I also have multiple comp room offers that have the link "book online now". If I click the link nothing happens. Pop up blockers are not preventing anything from happening. I told them about this and I assume it's just a glitch in the test phase. I just hate being a guinea pig for their beta. One day was OK but not every other day now.

I'm hoping they keep their old format. I don't mind change but thought the old format was just fine. It was easy to follow/use.

I've been checking online offers alot lately, and have never seen a new format.
From what you explained, don't think I"ll like it.............thinking..........zoho.........

I got a survey from Harrahs today, but the link to complete it, didn't work.

So I got a Thank you from Prez, and was able to voice my opinion on that.
Also told him I would have done so on the survey..........but it wouldn't work.

Frustrating.
But I've had similar issues with mgm & stations. They ALL got their probs!

Today, it's back to the original format. I like the original the best.
They must be getting ready to roll out the new format. I had it for a while and then it went back to the old.
I doubt i'm the only paranoic that wonders what will happen regarding room rates/offers through CET total rewards when the few million dollars of comps earned in the 'race' hit the books. It's already apparent that a rated player (not just me) can get a worse deal signed in than using either of 'hot deals' or using a promo code ste20(?). Well, I've whined enough. If my 'race' dough goes for meals, I'll enjoy that, anyway. Good Luck!

OMG -- I am getting the new My Offers Page now. It is horrible!! I can't believe they would mess up a simple list of offers. My screen isn't wide enough to fit it all. The list is too long, and you have to hunt for the offer you want. I sent feedback. Just terrible.

I am on here this morning looking around for anyone else who has seen a sharp cut in their available comps on the calendar in the last few days? I just got back from a trip with my highest play ever. A few days after we got back my calendar was showing comps at all properties and in all the higher rooms - yesterday things changed drastically and I cannot even find comps in any properties besides Vegas and even those are not looking so great...anybody else seeing this trend?

Hello Lisa,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty with the new Total Rewards offer display that we are currently testing. Your comment was helpful and I believe I will be able to assist you with your concern.

You mentioned that you prefer to click on each offer, enter dates and see all room availability. That feature is also available in the new display. I have attached a screen shot of how that works. Once you click on an offer you have two options to view the availability of that offer 1) Offer Calendar or 2) Exact Dates. By selected the Exact Dates radio button you will have the ability to put your dates in and check all room availability for that offer. I hope that this information helps/

To Whom it May Concern:

Please go back to the old way of listing offers on our online accounts. The new version is not user friendly as it is very difficult to navigate and makes it very inconvenient to search offers and room types.

I much prefer to click on an offer, enter dates, and see all room availability. With the new way, I need to click on each individual room type per hotel to see what's available to me.

I urge you to PLEASE go back to the old system.
