Hello Lisa,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty with the new Total Rewards offer display that we are currently testing. Your comment was helpful and I believe I will be able to assist you with your concern.
You mentioned that you prefer to click on each offer, enter dates and see all room availability. That feature is also available in the new display. I have attached a screen shot of how that works. Once you click on an offer you have two options to view the availability of that offer 1) Offer Calendar or 2) Exact Dates. By selected the Exact Dates radio button you will have the ability to put your dates in and check all room availability for that offer. I hope that this information helps/

To Whom it May Concern:
Please go back to the old way of listing offers on our online accounts. The new version is not user friendly as it is very difficult to navigate and makes it very inconvenient to search offers and room types.
I much prefer to click on an offer, enter dates, and see all room availability. With the new way, I need to click on each individual room type per hotel to see what's available to me.
I urge you to PLEASE go back to the old system.
