Also hating the new format. I usually check it almost daily and cannot find anything anymore.
Why the change??????????

I am on here this morning looking around for anyone else who has seen a sharp cut in their available comps on the calendar in the last few days? I just got back from a trip with my highest play ever. A few days after we got back my calendar was showing comps at all properties and in all the higher rooms - yesterday things changed drastically and I cannot even find comps in any properties besides Vegas and even those are not looking so great...anybody else seeing this trend?

My comps/offers haven't changed since the great race. Probably because my play has been the same.

If someone went to 5 or 6 casinos and only earned 1 point at each, I could see a decrease in one's offers

MissL - thanks for the reply - my play actually went higher the last few trips and yet my calendar is looking kinda slim in the last week or so. I did not do the Great Race so no problem there. I had also seen a post somewhere about the CET's losses for last quarter and (yet another paranoiac) had been predicting a drop in comps. I guess I will hope for the best or find other hobby :-)

PS - sorry about the hijack - fwiw - I am getting used to the new page but then I don't use the offers as much as the calendar.

FWIW, sometimes it takes a bit for offers to catch up with one's play. If you're not getting comped rooms like you used to, you might try calling them.

The crazy part is that a couple of days after we got home last week, my calendar was reading all properties/high levels of rooms across the calendar. Now only lowest level and some not on week-ends. The most disturbing part is that the rest of the properties in the country are not showing up comped at all, while all of them were last year...I guess it can't hurt to call...just glad to hear that it does not seem to be systematic. If it was, seems like someone else on here would have seen it too - whew!

Something I've done in the past . . . clear the history/cookies on my computer. Wait a couple hours to a day then recheck.

Remember, CET is like a chameleon, always changing.

Knock on wood..............mine hasn't changed at all.

Mlife on the other hand? My points went to zero yesterday, so I emailed them to find out whats going on.

It's baaaaaack......

That awful format for My Offers is back on the TR web site. Looks the same as it did the last time. It's as if they hired the same person who planned and executed the Escape to total rewards contest - to make My Offers as confusing and difficult as possible.

I kinda like the one I saw yesterday. It was just like e mail, You could mark it read, delete it, star it etc. Makes it nice when you have 45 offers and the next day 50 you don't have to sort thru all the offers again just looked at the 5 ones marked new in bright red so they stand out.
