My TR points were lost, but have been found.

I have not played much at any Harrahs property for the last year, but had about $110 in comps that were going to expire so I obtained a TR visa card and have been using it monthly.
In September my TR total was about 17000 points but in December it had dropped to 55000. I thought someone might have somehow hacked in and used some comps but after many phone calls it proved not to be the case. No one could( or would) tell me what had become of my points.
After another series of phone calls, I finally found someone who actually knew who I needed to speak to.
When I finally got a hold of that person, my points were fully restored.
I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to, but the folks at the TR booths seem clueless on how to fix this, but all is well that ends well.
Time to hit KGB for their Captain Crunch milkshakes, the single best non-alcoholic drink I've ever encountered.
Glad to hear they took time to help you out finding and crediting back you points.
Glad to see that you got them restored. Just another reason to check occasionally and pay attention to your TR credits.
The same thing happened to me. After one phone call and proof from each of my credit card statements, the points were re-installed. Unfortunately, Harrahs is discontinuing their association with the credit card. Thus, I will be losing credits if a visit to a CET casino is not done at least once every six months.

You should be able to log into Caesars web site, go to "My TR" and then "My TR eStatement" and see exactly where you earned and spent your reward credits on a monthly basis.

Who was that one call too? I spent hours trying to find the right person. How did you get the number?
