MYSTERIOUS TIER CREDITS

Just checked my husband's Harrah's account because he has res. for St. Louis next week. His tier credits have gone up by about 50 points. He does have the Harrah's credit card but that only applies to reward credits. When I check the dates on his TR page it says 05/27/11. We live no where near a Harrah's. Any clues as to how the points got there?

I know right? It makes no sense. He had to have gone there. We do live about 70 miles from Windsor and he could have snuck over there sometime last week. He only recently got an enhanced license so it is possible. He totally denies it. I guess he does not realize that I can see his tier credits online. He is going to get it. I did not think there was any other way for the points to appear but for him to USE his card. He is in St. Louis for work for the next two weeks. Between him and a friend, friend managed to get 5/30 through 6/2 comped with no offer at Harrahs. Then my husband used an offer to get 6/3-6/6 comped. Then on to Ameristar for 2 more nights comped. They may need to move out after that or try to book free online again, but think they should be ready to come home. I did have to remind him that although he is staying in a CASINO, he is there for WORK. Last year when he worked there he made platinum and also a higher tier at Ameristar. I would feel better if he was staying at a Super8!!

Yes he did make it through the weekend alive but only because we spent the night at MotorCity Casino in BEAUTIFUL downtown Detroit.

Well, don't be too hard on him..........but I would keep an eye on ATM withdrawls, more
than points, If I were you. Yep, keep it on the radar, and see if he tells you.........

Many of us USE casino hotels to our Advantage. For Free room offers, etc. for business use too.
You just have to have the Locals mindset, and don't go nuts with the casino.
Use your comp dollars for Food, amenities, etc.

Hopefully he's getting that figured out.

Its not too hard to make Platinum. So don't kill him.........yet.

Threre really does seem to be 'something' going on with CET, their tier points and us...other
folks on other boards have mentioned it also.

My thought is it's just CET's way of trying to keeping customers around in these hard times.
Regular/loyal customers seem to notice things more than folks who don't visit as often.

I quit playing their slots because of the cut back on 'payouts' and gave up my Platinum level
for 2011 however... they rolled 2000 tier point from 2010 to 2011 for me. THEY'VE NEVER
DONE THAT BEFORE. I've read other folks have had tier points added so...they're trying to
keep us interested what ever way they can (or seems to be that way...)

Now that I'm GOLD...I've learned there's different levels of GOLD. I'm upper level and still
recieve 5 comp nights on most of their calendar pages thru the year but...only by looking
at HOT DEALS... NOT 'My Total Rewards'. I haven't had SQUAT under 'my offers' for quite a while.

There is a very slight possibility that a customer at a Caesar's property got their card reprinted, had the same name as your husband, and they accidentally printed your husband's card. Just a thought.
