Need suggestions for using $100 dining credit in Tahoe or Reno

I've been carrying around my slip for this for about 3 months. I want to use it before I misplace it or the ink disappears. I'll be in Tahoe one night then 2 nights in Reno at the end of this month. Which of the CET properties have the best steaks and won't be put off if I wear nice slacks & shirt and my hubby likewise no jacket. We prefer to dine early.
I have dined at both "19" and the sage room at Harveys and both were excellent. As I recall, the steak I had at Sage was tops.

My first choice is the Steakhouse at Harrahs Reno. It's decorated old school and the food was delish. My second choice is Fridays Station at Harrahs Lake Tahoe. If you dine there or at "19" at Harveys, go at sunset and ask for a table by the window.
In Tahoe, I think Sage Room has the best food, particularly if you're going for steak, but there's no view. It's a classic old school steakhouse. You're going to go a bit over $100 if you have drinks or apps and dessert.

19 doesn't have a classic menu, it's much closer to tapas. Not even positive they have more than maybe one or two steaks on the menu.

Friday's Station is good, and you'll get some view. May have some trouble staying under $100 here as well.

All the menus are online.

With the view at 19, I'm not sure the food even matters but then I am not a steak girl at all. We have had the "happiest" hours of all in the lounge at 19!
